Appointments and walk‑in queues, in one system

The Appointment & Queue Manager handles appointments and walk-in queues for clinics, banks, government offices, salons and service centres. Customers book online or take a token at the kiosk, staff call the next token from their counter, and the display board announces it.

How a customer visit flows

The same path for booked appointments and walk-ins, so reception runs one queue view instead of two systems.

Book or walk in

Customers book online against live availability, or take a token for their service at reception or the kiosk.

Check in and wait anywhere

Booked customers check in by QR code and get a token. Everyone can follow their place in the queue and estimated wait.

Called to a counter

Staff press Next, the display board shows the token and counter, and a voice announcement calls it out.

Everything between the front door and the counter

Online booking

Availability built from staff schedules, service length, buffers and branch hours, with reschedule and cancel rules you set, plus recurring bookings.

Multiple queues and tokens

Separate queues per service line, VIP and appointments, with tokens like A001 or VIP001 that reset each day.

Counters and smart routing

Next, recall, skip, hold and transfer from each counter, with routing for VIP ratios, appointment priority, overflow and pinned counters.

Self-service kiosk

A tablet page with large touch buttons: pick a service, get a printed or QR token, or scan a booking QR code to check in.

Display board with voice calls

Now serving, recently called and up-next tokens per counter, estimated waits, and spoken announcements that repeat on recall.

Remote queue join

Customers join the queue from a link or QR code before they arrive and get a message when they're nearly up.

For the people running the branch

Live numbers during the day, and the reports to plan staffing around real demand.

Live dashboard

Today's appointments, customers waiting per queue, average wait, open counters and staff on duty, updated as it happens.

Fewer no-shows

Reminders with confirm and cancel links, automatic no-show marking, and a waitlist that offers freed-up slots to the next customers in line.

Reports and feedback

Volumes, wait and service times, peak-hour heatmaps and staff performance, plus 1-tap customer ratings after each visit.

Appointment & Queue Manager FAQ

Availability, queues, reminders and who it's for.

Can I use the Appointment & Queue Manager today?
Not yet. The Appointment & Queue Manager is in development. Request early access and we'll be in touch when it opens.
Who is it built for?
Any business where customers book or queue to be served: clinics, banks, government offices, salons and service centres. It works for a single branch or many, each with its own hours, services, staff and counters.
Does it handle appointments and walk-ins together?
Yes. Booked customers check in at reception, by QR code or at the kiosk and receive a token in the appointment queue. Walk-ins take a token for the service they need. Your routing rules decide who is called next, for example VIP first, or booked customers ahead of walk-ins near their slot time.
Do customers have to wait in the lobby?
Not with remote queue join, planned for higher tiers. Customers join from a link or QR code before they arrive, watch their position and estimated wait online, and get a message when they're nearly up.
How are customers reminded about appointments?
By email and SMS, with WhatsApp planned. Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before, and the 24-hour reminder includes confirm and cancel links, so unconfirmed bookings stand out on the reception dashboard.

Shorter queues, calmer receptions
