Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to everything sold by Tech N Byte LLC (STE 4254, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, Reg. No. 0008071851) and Tech N Byte LTD (111 Royal Crescent, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7JZ, UK, Company No. 14248407). It covers all of our products and services, including software subscriptions, software we build or deploy for you, and digital services such as development and marketing work, whether you buy them on this website or on any other website or platform we operate.
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area buy from Tech N Byte LTD; everyone else buys from Tech N Byte LLC. Your invoice or receipt names the entity you paid.
2. Cancelling a Subscription or Plan
Monthly plans and subscriptions have no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, by emailing [email protected], or through our contact form. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again, and you keep access to the service until the end of the period you've already paid for.
For project work, you can ask us to stop at any point. We'll pause work, hand over what's been completed, and settle the balance as described in section 3.
3. Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us and we'll review your request fairly, case by case. As a general guide:
- Work not yet started: if you cancel before we've started delivering a service or project, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Work partly delivered: if you cancel part-way through, we charge for the work already done and refund the rest where appropriate.
- Not as described: if what we deliver doesn't match what was agreed or advertised, we'll fix it first. If we can't, we'll refund you for the affected part.
- Service problems: if a subscription was unavailable for a significant period because of a fault on our side, or you were charged in error, we'll refund or credit the affected amount.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. What Isn't Refundable
- Periods of a subscription or plan that have already been used, once the work or access for that period has been provided;
- Work you've reviewed and approved;
- Advertising budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify or another platform, which are covered by that platform's own terms;
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Acceptable Use rules;
- Purchases from our Amazon storefronts, which follow Amazon's returns and refund policy (see our Amazon Stores page).
5. How Services Are Delivered
All of our services are digital. Nothing is shipped. Depending on what you buy, delivery happens through your online account dashboard, your own website, ad and social accounts, shared documents, email reports, or handover to your hosting and code repositories. Timelines are shown on the relevant product or pricing page, or in your quote, and we'll tell you in advance if anything is going to be late.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email our customer support team at [email protected] or use our contact form, choosing "Billing, cancellation or refund". Include the email address on your account, the product or service, and your invoice or receipt number if you have it. We'll reply promptly and let you know the outcome.
If you think you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. It's usually the quickest way to get it sorted.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under consumer protection law in the country where you live, including any legal right to cancel a purchase within a set period.
Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected], or by post to either registered address above.
